Chloe Hylton, Operational Surveying Director
Chloe is the Operational Surveying Director at Horde and is the Head of the Residential Surveying team.
Chloe’s sole focus is to ensure we have a happy team and happy clients! She is the direct contact for all operational matters including HR, recruitment, client service, day to day finance and compliance; ensuring the smooth running of the business.
To her own admittance, Chloe has more Star Wars clothing than most 9 year olds including a pair of R2D2 high heels which she never takes out of their box! Chloe hopes that one day they will pay off her mortgage.
Toby Hanton, Residential Building Surveyor
Prior to training as a surveyor, Toby worked in London in the music and events industry. Being stuck at home during pandemic gave Toby the opportunity to study for his surveying diploma, and he qualified at the beginning of 2022.
With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for spotting potential issues before they become headaches, Toby makes sure your home is safe, sound, and ready for whatever life throws at it.
Toby is always happy to explain things in plain English—no jargon, just straightforward advice you can trust!
Sarah Cawley, Residential Building Surveyor
Sarah has been in Surveying for over 10 years, first working as a Survey Administrator before qualifying as a Building Surveyor. Sarah’s biggest influence was the MD at the Surveying company where she worked as an Administrator. He encouraged her to qualify as a building surveyor.
During her career, Sarah has seen it all—from century-old cottages with hidden charm (and hidden issues) to sleek, modern builds. If there’s a problem, she’ll spot it. But more importantly, she’ll guide you on the best way to fix it, so you can focus on enjoying your new home without any nasty surprises.
In her spare time, Sarah helps a friend of hers who owns polo ponies to exercise them.
Matthew Dollery, Residential Building Surveyor
Matthew has worked in Surrey and Hampshire for the last few years helping private and institutional clients on a range of residential valuation and surveying services.
Matthew gained a distinction in his Masters Degree in Real Estate and Surveying. He then spent some time working in South-West London assisting a surveyor on surveys and party wall work. Following that, Matthew moved to Hampshire and spent time training, eventually qualifying on his first time for RICS AssocRICS accreditation in January 2022.
Abigail Rayner, Residential Sales Manager
Abigail is an IPW qualified Will Writer and estate planner and previously worked on movie sets for Star Wars, Men in Black and Batman. She has also competed at one of the UK’s most prestigious horse shows, Horse of The Year Show!
