Press Release

In the dynamic world of construction and real estate, staying ahead requires not only expertise but also a clear and evolving vision.

Our refreshed identity reflects our commitment to innovation, precision, and excellence in building surveying. Let’s meet the dedicated team who are at the centre of our company.

Alex has a keen interest in entrepreneurship and can be found attending or occasionally speaking at a range of local, national, and international property events. Alex also sits on the RICS Matrics Hampshire & IOW Committee having previously served as chairman.

Outside of work, you can find him on and off of the fairway, battling to keep that single figure handicap.

Her deep-seated expertise and innovative approach have been instrumental in driving our projects to success, ensuring precision and adherence to the highest standards. Chloe’s leadership is not only marked by her technical acumen but also by her unwavering commitment to excellence.

Chloe is also a self-professed Star Wars fan, even owning a pair of R2D2 high heels which she never takes out of their box.

His strategic vision has been pivotal in ensuring that all technical aspects of our projects are executed with precision and efficiency. Known for his innovative approach and keen problem-solving skills, David consistently drives the integration of advanced technologies and best practices within our operations team.

Also, David was once head-hunted by a Property Developer who, as part of a protracted interview process, took him to Australia for 12 days to experience the culmination of the rugby World Cup in 2003; which concluded in seeing Jonny Wilkinson’s famous dropped goal live in the stadium in Sydney.
