HORDE Group promotes Associate Project Manager to Head of Projects

HORDE Group has announced the promotion of Will Wyley, formerly Associate Project Manager, to Head of Projects, marking a major milestone in the firm’s continued growth and commitment to excellence in project delivery across the built environment.

The promotion reflects both the scale of HORDE’s expanding project portfolio and the outstanding contribution made by Will, who has quickly become a key figure in delivering some of the company’s most complex and high-profile instructions.

Since joining HORDE, Will has built a reputation for combining commercial insight with rigorous project control, helping clients navigate risk, compliance and programme certainty across a wide range of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. From early feasibility and pre-construction through to delivery and handover, his leadership has been instrumental in maintaining HORDE’s reputation for reliability, clarity and results.

In his new role as Head of Projects, Will will be responsible for overseeing HORDE’s project management function, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring that every instruction is delivered to the highest technical and professional standards. The role will also focus on strengthening client relationships, developing future talent within the team, and embedding best-practice systems as HORDE continues to scale.

Alex Hurn, Founder and CEO of HORDE Group, commented:

“This promotion is incredibly well-deserved. Since joining HORDE, Will has shown exceptional leadership, technical ability and commercial awareness — all while living our values day in, day out. As our project portfolio grows in size and complexity, having someone of this calibre leading our projects function is critical to our future success.”

Will Wyley added:

“I’m proud to be taking on this role at such an exciting time for HORDE. We have an ambitious pipeline and a genuinely talented team, and I’m looking forward to building on what we’ve already achieved — delivering even greater certainty, value and outcomes for our clients.”

This promotion comes as HORDE continues to strengthen its footprint across the South Coast and London, supporting investors, developers and occupiers with project management, building consultancy, development advisory and sustainability-led solutions. With a growing number of major schemes now underway across these core regions, the appointment strengthens HORDE’s leadership team and reinforces its commitment to delivering projects that are commercially successful, technically robust and future-ready.
