Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for managing all contractual and financial aspects of our construction projects.
- Working alongside our Project Management.
- Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
- Prepare contracts and documents.
- Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
- Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
What you’ll look like:
- MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor
- PQS experience minimum 3+ years
- Main Contractor or Construction Management QS experience minimum 3+years
- Experience in providing funder monitoring services would be beneficial but not essential
- Detailed commercial and contractual knowledge
- Comfortable preparing reports with excellent client presentation skills
- Excellent risk management and analytical skills.
