Chris’s proudest project
Armoury Drive – a £1.5m residential scheme for Gravesham Borough Council. I was brought in to replace the incumbent project manager at a point when the project was under significant pressure, with archaeological delays, quality concerns and escalating costs because of inflation.
Through a combination of commercial restructuring, including a Deed of Variation, and careful stakeholder management, I was able to stabilise the project and bring it back on track. The scheme was ultimately delivered successfully, providing much-needed homes for the local community.
