I have managed diverse projects, including prime residential properties, historic building refurbishments, large university sports centres, student accommodation, classroom blocks, city centre residential/student developments, and retail redevelopments, often from inception to completion. The projects undertaken have spanned various business areas within both the public and private sectors.
Proudest moments
A large prime residential project in London which had a total programme period of 3 years with an anticipated project value of £40m. The project was the redevelopment of an existing 7-bedroom property and incorporated the need to retain the façade of the building whilst adding a double basement that spans the entire building and rear garden with a total floor space of over 15,000 sqft.

What does Will do in his free time?
I enjoy spending time at home with my family, walking in the forest or at the beach, depending on the weather, always concluding with a well-earned pint at a local pub while also playing golf and cooking.
Fun fact
I have quite an eclectic music taste, but my go-to genre is hard rock, so the likes of Slipknot and Korn can often be heard blaring out of the car.
