Project Management, Portsmouth

Client:

Vivid Housing Ltd

Role:

Contract Administration

Location:

Portsmouth

Brief:

With a value of £120,000, the project consisted of external works and construction advice on proposed changes to the front-stepped access, refuse, and bike stores.

Works involved agreeing on various provisional items with the main contractor, which was noted within the specification.

This included the involvement of the Section 20 leaseholder process, which our team ensured was taken into account at all times with the client.

Furthermore, we advised on the planning requirements for the stepped access, refuse store and bike store, so the client could make an informed decision.

Project Outcomes:

The project was completed on time and in accordance with the brief. Front stepped access, refuse and bike stores were changed and altered to the client’s specification within budget.

Michelle Scrase, Major Works Manager for Vivid Housing Ltd said: “Geoff is a fantastic support to our organisation, his wealth of knowledge and service is second to none.

“In my experience, it has been difficult to build trust with consultants and service providers, but I do not have these concerns with Geoff. He always acts in the best interest of us as a client and is extremely reliable.”
