Brief:
We were appointed to provide independent monitoring surveying services on London Road, ensuring the development adheres to the agreed budget and quality standards, complies with statutory requirements, and aligns with the lender’s expectations.
The project is currently at the first fix stage, with structural and service installations underway. Our responsibilities include:
